Turn expertise into capability

Turn your expertise into a system that does the work.

LlamaPath builds the know‑how trapped in your people, documents, apps and workflows into operated software. You get a working system, without building an internal engineering function.

Best fit when you've already proven the workflow and need it to run reliably.

The platform

Two halves: one assembles your system, one runs it.

Most of what makes your work valuable lives in people's heads, in documents and spreadsheets, and locked inside the apps you already use. LlamaPath is for the point where a proven workflow needs to become reliable operational capability — something scoped, watched and supported beyond a personal AI prompt or one-off automation.

01 — Assemble

Assembly Engine

Converts expertise into a software asset.

We map how you actually do the work and assemble it into a software asset — checked against real cases before it goes live. Where ownership is part of the engagement, you buy the asset produced through the engine, not the engine itself.

How we assemble your system
02 — Run

Agentic Operations

Keeps your system running like infrastructure.

Building it is half the job. We host it, watch it in production, keep it secure, and fix it when something upstream changes — so it keeps working long after launch.

How we keep it running
What it's used for

Built around your expertise — not a fixed template.

The same platform takes different shapes depending on the work. A few of the areas where a validated workflow can be turned into a system with ownership, scale and operational support:

01

Research intelligence

Gather, read and synthesise sources at a scale a person can't.

02

Technical assessment

Apply an expert review method consistently, every time.

03

Compliance workflows

Check work against the rules that matter, with a trail.

04

Knowledge systems

Turn scattered know‑how into something you can query.

05

Operational automation

Run the repetitive parts of a process end to end.

06

Document processing

Read, extract and act on documents without the manual slog.

07

Decision systems

Apply a structured judgement method consistently, at speed and scale.

Ways to engage

Own it or subscribe — and we run it either way.

One platform, two ways to engage. Either way, we operate your system in production — we don't hand over a build and walk away. We'll point you to the right fit in a capability assessment.

01

Own a system we build

We build your system and hand it over — you own it outright, as a working copy you can run elsewhere.

02

Subscribe to capability

Skip owning the build. Subscribe to the outcome instead, delivered on the platform we own and run for you.

03

We run it — always

Every engagement includes operating your system in production — hosting, monitoring, security and fixes. It's not an add‑on; we don't do one‑off builds.

Why LlamaPath

The breakthrough is real. The work is making it operational — reliable, governed and useful after the first successful run.

LlamaPath is built on twenty years across infrastructure, security, cloud, enterprise technology and AI adoption. The recent AI leap creates real capability; making that capability dependable inside a business still takes testing, integration, monitoring, ownership clarity and production operation. That's the part we build, and the part we run.

Questions

Frequently asked

What does LlamaPath do?

We take the expertise locked inside your team, documents, apps and workflows and build it into software that does the work for you — then we run that software in production and keep it reliable. You own the system where ownership is part of the engagement; we keep it running. It's delivered as a working system, not loose automation pieces.

Who is it for?

Australian small and mid‑sized businesses and deep domain experts — people who understand their workflows, have already tested AI or automation, and now need reliability, scale, ownership and operational support without building an internal engineering function.

Should we just use ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini?

Yes, if those tools solve the problem. ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are often the fastest and most cost-effective place to start. LlamaPath fits when a workflow has been validated and now needs to run reliably inside the business, with integration, governance, data ownership and ongoing operation around it.

How is this different from Zapier, Make or n8n?

Zapier, Make and n8n are excellent first steps, and many workflows should stay there. LlamaPath is for the point where the automation becomes business-critical software: reusable components, testing, release management, monitoring, custom integrations and operational support start to matter.

When is LlamaPath not the right fit?

We're usually not the right first stop for AI training, ChatGPT tutorials, introductory AI education, simple one-off automations or productivity coaching. Those needs are often better served by consumer AI tools, training providers or low-code automation platforms.

Can we own what you build?

Yes, where ownership is part of the engagement. In the asset model, the system built around your expertise is delivered as a working copy you can run elsewhere. In the subscription model, you subscribe to the capability and results while LlamaPath owns and operates the platform underneath.

How is this different from a project build or off‑the‑shelf software?

A project build can age from the day it ships. Off‑the‑shelf software bends your work to fit someone else's tool. LlamaPath builds around a workflow you've already proven, separates the software asset from our platform IP, and keeps the system operated after launch.

Are you taking on new work?

Yes. Tell us about your work and we'll come back with the next useful step.

Tell us what you've already proven.

A short capability assessment is the fastest way to see whether a workflow you've tested with people, AI tools or automation is ready to become an operated system.
